Students in Ms. Tracy's choice-based art class channeled some serious creativity for their last class project. Choice-based art is a student-driven vs teacher-driven approach to art projects. Students chose what artwork and art tools they want to use in order to make their art. Ms. Tracy guides them through different stations like sculpture, painting, weaving, or graphic arts and they can use any of the materials in those stations. Students complete research on their own to complete, but progress-monitored by the teacher. Check out some of their work!
