Are you new to Maumelle? Are you thinking about transferring to Maumelle Middle School? Join us next Tuesday, January 28, for a new student recruitment night from 6:30-8:00pm. You will be able to meet teachers and administrators, have your questions answered and take a tour.
Join us for our 2nd nine weeks/1st semester honor roll assembly. Students who had all "A's" or all "A's and B's" for 2nd nine weeks and/or 1st semester will be recognized. The assembly will be tonight starting at 6:00pm in the MMS cafeteria.

Today, we welcomed our future Stingers with our fine arts showcase. 5th grade students learned about middle school, went on a tour of the building, had lunch in the cafeteria, met the counselors and administrators and participated in instrument testing for band.
We look forward to seeing you in August!
Shelby Thoma and his wife, Leigh, have been married 25 years and 4 children: Simone-24, Nathan-23, Amelia- 20, and Novi-3. His favorite hobby is running and he also enjoys spending time with his youth group.

Brian Maune and his wife, Jennifer, have been married nearly 14 years. They have 5 kids and another due in May! Brian's hobbies include family travel and outdoors activities like hunting, fishing and camping.
Maumelle Middle and Maumelle High schools recently lost power due to an outage in the area. Both schools will dismiss at 1:30 pm today. Buses will depart the schools at 1:30pm; car riders can be picked up at this time as well.

We will have our 1st Fine Art Showcase for all incoming 6th grade students (current 5th graders) this Friday, Jan. 17. Students will have an opportunity to take a campus tour, attend sessions regarding band, choir art and the counseling office. We look forward to this event!
Tina Renee Ward has two daughters, Ti'Naya and Daraleisha, and two grandkids, Kobe and August. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, road trips and bargain shopping!

Dr. Linda Remele has been married to her husband, Steve, for 22 years She has one son, Jonathan, and a stepson, Brent, as well as 2 grandchildren and 4 rescue cats. Dr. Remele loves to volunteer and travel outside the U.S. She also loves to read, particularly travel novels.
