Some of our amazing 6th-grade AVID All-Stars at Sylvan Hills Middle went above and beyond to show what being a leader is all about! 🌟
These students visited Willow Grove Retirement Center, where they connected with residents by learning about their childhoods, sharing stories, and spreading joy. Not stopping there, they even sang and danced their way into everyone’s hearts! 🎶💃
After making some new friends, they capped off their day with a well-deserved pizza party hosted by the generous team at US Pizza! 🍕
We’re so proud of these students for living out AVID values and making a difference in our community. Way to go, All-Stars! 💙
