Maumelle Middle administration is aware that there is continued conversation among students about the threat to the school earlier this week. While investigations are not finding any truth to these rumors, we will have the Maumelle Police Department on campus this afternoon. The police officers will be on site for additional security and to ensure the safety of all students and staff. Again, these rumors are unfounded and our actions are just a layer of caution.
